Visualization and journaling are known to help us stay motivated, mainly due to its ability to help us stay focused. I encourage you to do a hybrid of the two, I’ve provides a few worksheets to track your weight, a place to write down your “why”, affirmations, daily intentions, and more.
Create a space in your home where you can pin these up. Perhaps on a cork board, your fridge, or a closet door; somewhere you can check in every morning and at night before you go to bed. Check in with yourself and with your goals to help you stay focused.
It’s very important to hold on to your motivation as much as you can and that only happens when your focused on your goals, day in and day out.
